Sahrasthranaama thathyulyum Ramanaama varanane

The only might with such a poise;

Thy chant will cleanse the soul and voice.

Grace at place, in any menace;

A life with hardly any moments of solace.

An obedient son, a faithful king;

Bound by duties, bearing even the harshest sting.

An embodiment of patience and endurance;

No trace of tense,  under any lens.

Thy form taught us, how to conduct;

Irrespective of the final product.

Law of land, one has to abide;

Will skid and fall,  if one takes a side.

Thou have showed us in thy reign;

No matter what, duties not meant to feign.

Difficult times needs to be faced with grit

Righteous path is tough for even fit

Bless us to deal with  this epic fight;

To lead this life with your insight .

 Happy Sri Rama Navami

Sithamma is in her perfect Bhudevi form;

So is the Ramayya with his blue hue warmth.

Twilight & sunlight are in perfect harmony;

Brightness is in perfect sync with Ebony.

Letting the blooms to sway in ecstasy;

Treat to the eyes of serenity & delicacy.

Bitter white neem buds visual delight;

Little sour tangy mangoes tingling sight.

Spring equinox has once again set the clock;

Chirping birds ecstatic sight worth to lock.

In balance is Nature with day & night being equal;

Traditions will follow the nature’s sequel .

It’s the time of the year, where Bhudevi stretches her hand towards her better half ;

To assure us, that her highness is their to protect those in her turf.

Their union conveys one to conduct themselves with grace;

Anger or anxiety will not cease anything from falling in its place.

No grief or sorrow one should lament;

Patience & endurance are ones true ornaments.

When all the senses are under ones control;

Greed and ego hardly have any role.

Grace and solace are hand in glove;

Grace when sans solace shows true love.

Every thing falls flat in front of Ramayya’s grace.

Sithamma’s feet is where we seek solace.

Hey Ram ,Thou are nothing but the silence of the shore

Elevate thy children to be human to the core.

 Jai Shri Ram

Happy Sri Ramanavami

Sri Rama Rama Ramethi Rame Raame mano Rame
Sahasra naama thathulyam Raama naama Varaanane
A day when the lord himself descended to  earth;
To proclaim the importance of mankind with his birth ;
To  show us the path of a pious conduct;
And an art to escape from any virtues being abduct
The pain and pleasure the flower takes to bloom;
In a magnum canvas we could zoom;
His undeterred journey through bliss and gloom,
Showed us In righteous path, fear has no room.
A balanced persona through
hardships is true grace;
The content of righteous life is an ultimate solace;
In this tale of deep insight and foresight;
Sitamma hardly had any moments of respite
Truth being there’s no escape from one’s karma;
But to be one in Lord Rama, our journey should only be in the path of Dharma
Jai Sita Ram

Jai Sri Ram

Let the story of Neela megha Shyama be echoed in every home as Sri Rama naama.
Paramatma descended to earth to uphold the law’s of land and Dharma;

On Navami the supreme soul took to the human form;
To set the guidelines for the social reform.
Noble and pious soul descended to earth;
As son of King Dasaratha and kausalya was his birth .

Thus for the Loka kalyanam our Rama was born;
Bharatha, Lakshmana and Shatrugnya from mother Kaikeyi and Sumitra with roles of brothers were adorned.

King Janaka found his daughter Sitamma in Bhudevi’s womb;
Signifying life begins from where we entomb.

Sitamma with enormous endurance;
Lord Rama an epitome of patience ;
Culminated into a beautiful couple;
Creating ecstatic, overwhelming natural ripple.
The sweetening of the mangoes and fragrance of jasmine took over;
With the nature completely and blissfully empowered;
Soon kaikeyi was embroiled in pride and prejudice;
Wishing to see her Bharatha take centre of the Dias.
Wished for Lord Rama’s 14 years exile;
Making Dasharathas efforts to throne the oldest, turn futile.
Obedient son bowed down to his father’s command;
Peacefully set on this toughest errand;
On toe with her Lord in exile, Sitamma played her part;
The path devoted Brother Lakshmana also couldn’t depart.

In repentance to mother Kaikeyi’s egoistic sting.
Bharatha too refused to be throned as a king;
By placing Sri Rama’s padukalu on throne;
He pledged to take care of kingdom till Rama’s return

During their exile, Surpanaka fell for Neela Megha Shyama;
Expressed her wish to marry Sri Rama;
But Siya Ram directed her to brother Lakshmana;
Annoyed Lakshmana cut the nose and ears of that Bama;
Shurpanaka in pain and disgrace;
Sought help of brother Ravana an ace.
Soon his Maruchi disguised as golden Deer;
Drew Sitamma’s attention and diverted her veer.
Ravana succeeded in his attempt to take her away;
Grounding Jatayu , much to her dismay.
Rama and Lakshmana with these sequence of events;
Had barely any minutes to lament ;
On Jatayu’s last words they headed towards south;
Found themselves in the midst of vaanar warriors in scouth;
Brother Vaali and Sugriva’s Kingdom;
Where law and order had become seldom.
King vaali held Sugriva’s wife Tara as hostage;
Much to the displeasure of the vaanar, was this sabotage.
Sugriva sought the help of Lord Rama;
And inturn offered to help the quest of Shyama;
Soon Vaali was killed in the battle by SriRama ;
Throned Sugriva as king to re-establish Dharma.
Humbled with this noble act was Sugriva;
Assigned sitamma’s search to a pious jiva;
Pavan putra Hanuman whose strength and speed is infinite;
With plan and action being very explicit.
A swift, witty compassionate might;
With Tickling and trembling tales of delight;
He set out for this noble mission;
With Sri Rama’s ring, a blessed permission;

Soon traced wailing Sitamma in Lanka’s Ashoka grove;
Gaining her confidence with Rama’s ring in an instant move;
Overwhelmed Sitamma reciprocated with her hair clip as an identity;
Fighting the Asura in duty, Hanuman took freight to his almighty ;
His torched tail, put Lanka in ablaze;
By expanding and contracting it to different size.
In one leap he was at Lord Rama’s feet;
Narrating Sitamma’s plight indiscreet.

Lord Rama with vaanara laid siege to Ravana’s citadel;
In full force they took over this battle;
Ravana bestowed with Lord Shiva’s boon of immortality;
Held captive of Gods and demigods with lost sensibility ;
Ravana who didn’t seek immortality from human form;
Least anticipating there could be any harm.
Thus fell into the trap of the Supreme soul ;
To whom Prevailance of Dharma is the ultimate goal.
Lord Ram with vaanar built Rama setu in no time;
Bridging the gap between Sita and Rama has put all in sublime;
Hanuman with his valour soon released all Demi Gods from Ravana’s captive;
Lord Rama annexed his brother Kumbakarna the most inactive ;

In this relentless fight of good over evil;
Ravana’s brother Vibhishana put himself in peril;
To support our pious yodha;
Such was the craze for this king of Ayodhya;
Finally Lord Rama beheaded egocentric ten headed Ravana to ground;
Throned Vibhishana in Lanka for the justice to rebound;
Proclaimed to the world by reunion with his Sita;
The destiny of those who follow the lines of his Bhagvathgita.

Jai Sri Ram
